Orders

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please verify pricing when placing order. Prices do not include shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Terms

Prepayment is required for the first order. Terms of Net 30 are offered for established customers upon credit approval. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Terrace 22 reserves the right to withdraw credit terms at any time. Past due accounts are subject to interest charges of 1% per month. NSF checks are subject to a $25 penalty charge. Any litigation that may occur on the account will be settled in Kingsland, Texas. The customer is responsible for any collection or legal fees incurred in collecting a past due account.

Guarantee / Product Care

We guarantee the quality of materials and craftsmanship of our products. Our furniture should be placed indoors or outdoors under cover. Our furniture is weather resistant, not weatherproof. Your Microfiber cushions wash and dry (cool dryer) beautifully. Constant exposure to direct sun, especially the black fabric, may cause fading. Terrace 22 recommends upgrading to Sunbrella® fabrics for items which will be outdoors under cover. Care instructions for Sunbrella® products are available at their website www.sunbrella.com. Slight color and dimension variations may occur due to the natural and hand-made characteristics of our products. Terrace 22 is responsible for the product only and not any damages that may occur.

Delivery

If stock is available, orders will be shipped within 2 weeks, unless otherwise notified. For out of stock items, you will be notified of the estimated delivery date for your approval.

Shipping / Damages

Orders are shipped F.O.B. Kingsland, TX. Upon arrival of product and before the driver leaves the premises, the order should be inspected for any missing or damaged items and noted on the bill of lading at time of delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to notify the carrier at time of delivery of any missing or damaged items. Terrace 22 will not be liable for any missing or damaged items if not listed on the bill of lading. Terrace 22 must be called at time of delivery and notified in writing within 5 days of receipt of product of any damaged or missing items.

Returns

Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization from Terrace 22, obtained prior to the return of merchandise. All returned items must be packaged properly. Terrace 22 may elect to authorize repair, replacement or other arrangements in lieu of return. There is a 25% restocking fee for all returned merchandise, plus shipping charges.
